At Kanmani Renewables & Sustainability Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Kanmani Renewables", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality solar EPC services, products, and consultations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and product returns are handled.
Consultation fees, including solar feasibility studies, electricity bill analysis, and system design consultations, are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If the consultation has not yet been provided, a full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Site survey charges are non-refundable once the survey has been conducted. If the survey is cancelled prior to the scheduled date, a full refund of the survey fee will be issued.
Advance payments made towards solar EPC projects are generally non-refundable once engineering, design, or procurement has commenced. Depending on the stage of execution, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the costs incurred up to that point.
Physical products (such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, wires, and accessories) may be returned only in the following cases:
Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation to be eligible for return.
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required to process the damage claim. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.

Warranty claims for solar products are governed by the respective manufacturers' warranty terms and conditions. Kanmani Renewables will assist you in registering and processing warranty claims but does not directly provide warranties for manufacturer-branded products.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account as per feasibility.
